Dans la s\u00e9rie <em>\u00ab\u00a0Optimisons les <del>vieux<\/del> restes du frigo&#8230;\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour quatre personnes, tu prends :<br \/>\n&#8211; quatre oeufs<br \/>\n&#8211; une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche<br \/>\n&#8211; une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de fromage blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de colza<br \/>\n&#8211; deux cervelas<br \/>\n&#8211; un oignon<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 grammes de champignons de Paris \u00e9minc\u00e9s<br \/>\n&#8211; du persil<br \/>\n&#8211; du sel et du poivre<br \/>\n&#8211; 1\/2 verre de Pinot noir<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u2022 Tu fais revenir l&rsquo;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux dans du beurre, lorsqu&rsquo;il devient transparent, tu rajoutes les champignons et le Pinot noir, tu prolonges \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation quasi-compl\u00e8te du liquide.<br \/>\n\u2022 Pendant ce temps, tu m\u00e9langes le fromage blanc, la cr\u00e8me, l&rsquo;huile de colza et le persil dans un r\u00e9cipient.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tu ajoutes ce m\u00e9lange aux oeufs battus en mousse. Tu sales et tu poivres, selon ton go\u00fbt.<br \/>\n\u2022 Tu \u00e9minces les cervelas, apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9licatement pel\u00e9 la fine peau qui les entoure.<br \/>\n\u2022 Lorsque le liquide est \u00e9vapor\u00e9 dans ta po\u00eale, tu ajoutes joliment\u00a0les tranches de cervelas\u00a0\u00e9minc\u00e9, puis tu verses le m\u00e9lange oeufs &#8211; cr\u00e8me &#8211; fromage blanc &#8211; persil dans la po\u00eale et tu laisses cuire \u00e0 petit feu comme une omelette, plus ou moins baveuse selon ton go\u00fbt.<br \/>\n\u2022 C&rsquo;est pr\u00eat !
