Royal de Stockholm, Neeme J\u00e4rvi &#8211; 1992 <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>***<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Extrait du coffret de 5 CD de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grale symphonies d&rsquo;Alfv\u00e9n par Neeme J\u00e2rvi, BIS Records, 2004<\/em><\/span>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hugo Alfv\u00e9n est un compositeur su\u00e9dois que je connais depuis les ann\u00e9es 80, date de mon premier p\u00e9riple &#8211; <em>en R5 m\u00eame pas Super-5 ou \u00e9lectrique, et compl\u00e8tement d\u00e9mont\u00e9e par les douaniers de Hambourg 2 fois, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aller et au retour&#8230;<\/em>&#8211; \u00e0 travers la Su\u00e8de et la Norv\u00e8ge. Mon oncle, immense collectionneur de disques, m&rsquo;avait fait toute une liste de LP difficilement trouvables en France de \u00e0 lui rapporter, et j&rsquo;avais notamment trouv\u00e9 deux albums du compositeur chez un disquaire de G\u00f6teborg, surpris qu&rsquo;un jeune Fran\u00e7ais lui fasse cette demande ! Les symphonies d&rsquo;Alfv\u00e9n, belles sans \u00eatre vraiment g\u00e9niales ou profond\u00e9ment originales, sont d\u00e9sormais assez facilement d\u00e9nichables. Cette int\u00e9grale de Neeme J\u00e2rvi, infatigable propagateur de raret\u00e9s, est tout-\u00e0-fait r\u00e9ussie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u2022 Johannes Brahms<\/strong> &#8211; Sonates pour piano n\u00b01 en ut majeur, op. 1 &#8211; 1853<br \/>\nAnatol Ugorski, piano &#8211; 1997<strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> ****<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Extrait du coffret de 9 CD de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grale des oeuvres pour piano et orgue de Brahms, DGG \u00ab\u00a0Brahms Edition II\u00a0\u00bb, 2008<\/em><\/span>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J&rsquo;ai toujours eu du mal avec la musique de Brahms &#8211;<em>n\u00e9 et instruit \u00e0 Hambourg, o\u00f9 il jouait, jeune, du piano dans les tavernes de la ville<\/em>&#8211; , y compris son corpus pour piano, assez peu touffu. J&rsquo;avais \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9poque achet\u00e9 ce coffret pour la transcription pour \u00ab\u00a0piano main gauche\u00a0\u00bb de la chaconne pour violon de Bach &#8211;<em>tr\u00e8s bien pour le coup<\/em>&#8211; et l&rsquo;avais remis\u00e9 sur mes \u00e9tag\u00e8res apr\u00e8s une \u00e9coute distraite. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re cette version tr\u00e8s idiosyncrasique d&rsquo;Anatol Ugorski aux autres versions que j&rsquo;ai pu entendre : fid\u00e8le \u00e0 son habitude, ce tr\u00e8s singulier pianiste &#8211;<em>pass\u00e9 par la d\u00e9portation en Sib\u00e9rie durant l&rsquo;\u00e8re sovi\u00e9tique et \u00e0 la carri\u00e8re de m\u00e9t\u00e9orite apr\u00e8s la chute du mur de Berlin<\/em>&#8211; fait un sort \u00e0 chaque note, mais au moins, je ne m&rsquo;y ennuie pas &#8211;<em>ce qui est assez fr\u00e9quent pour moi avec Brahms<\/em>-.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>\u2022 Kurt Atterberg<\/strong> &#8211; Symphonie n\u00b09 \u00ab\u00a0Visionaria\u00a0\u00bb &#8211; 1956<br \/>\nS. Vihavainen, G. Suovanen, Ch. Chambre Prague, Ch.&amp; Orch. NDR, Ari Rasilainen &#8211; 2003 <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><b>****<\/b><\/span><br \/>\n&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\"><em>Extrait du coffret de 5 CD de l&rsquo;int\u00e9grale symphonies d&rsquo;Atterberg par Ari Rasilainen, CPO Records, 2004<\/em><\/span>&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Oh ! Une neuvi\u00e8me et derni\u00e8re symphonie avec avec solistes et choeurs, \u00e7a ne vous rappelle rien ? Dans cette symphonie assez cataclysmique, le texte chant\u00e9 relate le \u00ab\u00a0Ragnar\u00f6k\u00a0\u00bb, extrait de l'\u00a0\u00bbEdda po\u00e9tique\u00a0\u00bb, une \u00e9pop\u00e9e islandaise datant d&rsquo;environ 1270, qui raconte les visions d&rsquo;une sage proph\u00e9tesse &#8211;<em>d&rsquo;o\u00f9 le titre de la symphonie \u00ab\u00a0Sinfonia Visionaria\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&#8211; qui pr\u00e9dit la cr\u00e9ation du monde, la guerre entre les dieux, les g\u00e9ants et les humains, la destruction du monde, et enfin sa reconstitution.
