J\u2019avais r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 dans la biblioth\u00e8que maternelle un tr\u00e8s grand nombre d&rsquo;alsatiques : je lui en offrais r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour telle ou telle occasion, elle en \u00e9tait f\u00e9rue. Je les ai donn\u00e9s, pour la plupart, \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 de Strasbourg &#8211;<em>Georges Bischoff fut mon professeur d&rsquo;histoire m\u00e9di\u00e9vale au d\u00e9but de sa carri\u00e8re d&rsquo;enseignant universitaire<\/em>-, o\u00f9 ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis entre diff\u00e9rents instituts &#8211;<em>linguistique, langue et culture r\u00e9gionale, histoire&#8230;<\/em>&#8211; selon leur th\u00e9matique, mais j\u2019en avais gard\u00e9 quelques-uns qui m&rsquo;int\u00e9ressaient plus particuli\u00e8rement, dont ces deux ouvrages.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ils sont passionnants, richement illustr\u00e9s et mettent r\u00e9ellement l&rsquo;eau \u00e0 la bouche &#8211;<em>somptueuse recette d&rsquo;une plantureuse choucroute imp\u00e9riale aux 11 viandes ; menu gargantuesque d&rsquo;un repas de mariage bourgeois traditionnel en multiples services&#8230;<\/em>-.
