Qui dit mieux ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il s&rsquo;agit, l\u00e0 encore, d&rsquo;une tradition locale : un petit biscuit excellent, moelleux et souple, cuit traditionnellement dans un moule en terre -on en trouve d\u00e9sormais des plus \u00ab\u00a0modernes\u00a0\u00bb anti-adh\u00e9sifs-, saupoudr\u00e9 de sucre une fois refroidi.
