Tout cela pour concocter <strong>une choucroute de la mer<\/strong> &#8211;<em>cliquer sur l\u2019image pour la voir en plus grand<\/em>-, \u00e0 ne pas confondre avec l&rsquo;antique recette locale de choucroute aux poissons !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je m\u2019explique : cette choucroute de la mer a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec du chou \u00e0 choucroute, des salicornes et un peu d\u2019aneth, ingr\u00e9dients auxquels s\u2019ajoutent des filets de cabillaud, du saumon et des fruits de mer.<br \/>\nEn revanche, en Alsace, la \u00ab\u00a0vraie choucroute\u00a0aux poissons\u00a0\u00bb, dont la recette remonte au milieu du Moyen-\u00c4ge, \u00e9tait initialement cuisin\u00e9e avec des poissons et des \u00e9crevisses de rivi\u00e8re.
